Attendance Rules
Android only sends ID, scan time, date, device, location, and confidence. The ERP decides late/on-time rules.
Web Authority
Late, on-time, and absence decisions should be calculated in ERP from the scan timestamp and person type. Android does not decide late status.
Person Resolution
IDs are checked first against students, then faculty. Faculty IDs are classified as Teacher or Staff using designation and department keywords.
Review Queues
Use Unmatched IDs for missing master records and the reports summary for low-confidence scans.
